Ice Cream Truck Reservation

The ice cream truck will be retiring for the season on Saturday, September 13th.  If there is an event you would like our ice cream truck to cater for next summer (2026), please fill out the form below and someone will get back to you.    Also, the ice cream truck is not in operation on Mondays, and we are currently not catering weddings.

We charge $200 per hour Tuesday thru Thursday, for our ice cream truck catering service, and $250 per hour, Friday thru Sunday, with a two hour minimum. Please note, the amount of ice cream sold during our time at your event is factored into calculating the minimum charges. For instance, if we are there for two hours on a Tuesday, and $300 in ice cream is sold, then the amount owed would only come to $100 in order to satisfy the minimum charge requirement of $400 (2 hours x $200).  If more than $400 of ice cream is sold, then of course there is no trip charge differential –  the total charges would simply amount to the total of ice cream sales.
